Grahame Jackson

Grahame is the principal lawyer of the firm and has been practising over 30 years, starting in criminal law at Blacktown/Penrith, Family Law in Parramatta, Commercial and Family Law in Mona Vale and for the last 21 years Property, Commercial and Family Law in Neutral Bay.

Grahame advises on a wide range of matters, Commercial, Property, Developments, Building, Family Law, Estate Planning, IR and Litigation, which enables him to provide a better global perspective of a transaction, instead of being limited to simply specific issues, so that a client’s overall interests are always of paramount concern.

Grahame’s interests are his family, rugby union, travel and snow skiing and has been known to never refuse a sailing opportunity.

Elena Lazareva

Elena is an enthusiastic lawyer with experience in a broad range of prop­er­ty matters with a prac­ti­cal and com­mon-sense approach.

She also practises in a range of services relating to probate, letters of administration, wills, powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardians tailored to clients’ individual needs.

Elena brings a professional perspective to her practice with an eye for details, a commitment to quality and “getting the job done”.

Elena is a dual qualified (Australian/ Russian) lawyer and was admitted to practice in Australia in 2018.

In addition to English, Elena is fluent in Russian and is a great help to her Russian – speaking clients.

Outside of work, Elena plays the piano and enjoys watching French movies.

Leah Georgakis

Leah Georgakis studied law at the UTS and became admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2001.

She practised in family law and general litigation before taking a career break to focus on raising her children. During that time she also engaged in property developments projects with her husband which she thoroughly enjoyed.

Leah can assist you with your family law matter including property and children’s issues, spousal maintenance, divorce applications, binding financial agreements and so on. She can also assist clients with their conveyancing matters, Probates, Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Leah is keen to help clients achieve their desired outcomes in an effective and efficient manner. She is personable and makes clients feel at ease. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis and watching her boys (aged 8 and 10) playing soccer. Leah is also fluent in Modern Greek.
